I found Come on, Refs after recognizing that enough of the new officials I stumbled upon just genuinely craved answers, but felt intimidated by upper-level officials. With new incredible technology, we can now analyze and adapt rapidly, so when we hit the floor, we are ready to aim for excellence.

In February 2008, I inaugurated my mission to proceed to support refs by presenting informational officiating content. My Facebook and YouTube page, with the encouragement of the diligent and tight officiating family, made some advances and with that, I was extremely emboldened to keep the workup.

After being asked if I had a website, I went to work to develop one, and here we are!

I have over 27 years of experience as a high school and overseas official. My passion to help others strive for excellence and get to the next level is my mission and objective.

I am straightforward and transparent. If I don’t know the answer, I am going to find it!

As a combat veteran who spent time deployed overseas and earned a purple heart in battle, I appreciate the struggles of maintaining a balanced life and doing the things you love. Let’s balance out life collectively!
